The Golden Backpacks in pictures

The Golden Backpack Awards took place earlier this month at the brand new six-star green star Doltone House in Sydney.

A record 450 guests saw AFL legend and red meat campaigner Sam Kekovich and the event’s sponsors present 36 awards to the best of Australia and New Zealand’s backpacking industry, as voted by independent travellers visiting both countries.

The Golden Backpacks – run by TNT Magazine – are the only dedicated awards for Australia and New Zealand’s backpacking industry.
