Spaceships land in the UK

Australia and New Zealand campervan company Spaceships launched in the UK last week, marking the first entry into the European market for the business.

The UK head office was set up in Kent with a group of Space Stations, where customers can seek travel advice from local agents, to be set up around Great Britain.

Spaceships was established in New Zealand in 2004 by Neil Geddes who said he was overwhelmed by the influx of interest from British travellers.

“The response from the UK has been phenomenal. We are already taking bookings from past customers who have experienced a Spaceships adventure in New Zealand or Australia and now want to have the same great encounter in their own backyard. Our expectations of demand for the vehicles have been far surpassed already,” he said.

The company expanded to Australia last year.
