Jucy Rentals’ Australian fleet hits 300

Jucy Rentals adds the 300th campervan to its Australian fleet this month, bringing its total investment in Australia to A$7.5 million since it launched in May 2008 with 10 campervans.

It now boasts an annual turnover of $21 million, making it one of the fastest growing independent rental operators in Australasia.

Co-founder Tim Alpe said: “While many tourism businesses struggled throughout 2009, we saw the downturn as an opportunity to gain a greater share of the market and expand our services. We also support the employment of Aussies and hope to continue to provide jobs within the tourism sector as we grow.”
