Grampians Tourism expects visitor increase through new tour

A new Grampians coach tour is set to open new doors for Stawell, Ararat and Halls Gap tourism industries, Grampians Tourism has said.

The tour, which was launched in December, is run by Christian’s Bus Company, six days a week and picks up at nine separate locations in the area.

Connecting with the 10.35am train from Melbourne to Ararat and other connecting coach services exiting Warrnambool and Horsham, the day tour includes visits to Halls Gap, MacKenzie Falls, Reeds, Boroka and Sundial lookouts.

Return adult fare is $59 from Ararat and $49 from Halls Gap. YHA members receive a ten per cent discount.
