Contiki and ISIC team up for students

Contiki Holidays has teamed up with the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) to give students worldwide discounts on their adventure holidays.

Between now and March 2010, ISIC holders can take advantage of 10 per cent off Contiki tours across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, Mexico and Asia.

The partnership with ISIC, the only globally accepted student identity card, will benefit 4.5 million students worldwide who buy the card each year.

Meanwhile, Contiki’s latest survey of young travellers aged 18 to 35 has found 97 per cent of young Australians believe travel provides skills that can help with both their professional and personal pursuits. Topping the skills list was gaining a better understanding of different customs and cultures (76 per cent) and a better awareness of world issues (71 per cent).
